More than 20 years of experience in financial markets as a director responsible for product, sales of treasury products, foreign exchange desk and relationships with financial institutions at Unibanco. Mr. Schirato also worked at BankBoston in ECA/Multilaterals area, transactions involving Brazilian and foreign insurance companies and sale of treasury products. MBA from Trium Programme, conducted jointly by NYU – Leonard N. Stern School of Business, London School of Economics and HEC Paris. Postgraduate in finance by IBMEC-SP (INSPER) and BSc in Business Administration by PUC-SP.
More than 20 years of experience in the financial markets, engaged with structured export financing operations. Mr. Queiroz played a relevant role in implementing PROEX at Banco do Brasil. In BankBoston, he carried out the first operations of export financing with interest rate equalization in PROEX. Started the export financing operations, along with Brazilian National Development Bank, and at Unibanco he implemented funding lines under PROEX, having transformed this institution into one of the main agents in export finance in the local market.
Brazilian Licensed Attorney with over 12 years of experience, working with infrastructure and project finance, has participated in several project finance transactions in various industries, many of which involved fund-raising from Brazilian National Development Bank. Professor of Administrative Law at University of Sao Paulo – USP, and author of several law books and articles published in Brazil and abroad. Earned a PhD at USP School of Law; an LL.M. at Universität Osnabrück, Germany; and an LLB at Pontifical Catholic University of Sao Paulo.
More than 35 years of experience in the Brazilian Market, focused mainly on project management related to the Brazilian National Development Bank’s – BNDES funds. Began his career at Banco Credibanco, where he worked for 24 years leaving as Executive Director. He held the position of Onlending Head at Unibanco for 10 years and participated in several financing transactions with BNDES funds. In 2009, after the Itaú-Unibanco merge, Mr. Crema became Head of BNDES Onlending at Itaú BBA.
Over 7 years of trading and investing experience, focusing in arbitrage, event driven and credit strategies in LatAm and in the US. Before joining Daemon, Gabriel worked at Patria Investimentos as co-portfolio manager in Patria’s Hedge Fund group, and as an associate in an exchange program with GSO Capital in New York. Prior to that, he was an Equity Derivatives Trader at Goldman Sachs. Gabriel holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Escola Politécnica at University of São Paulo.
Marcelo Gama is an Economist graduated from FEA / USP and an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and from INSPER. He is also an approved investment manager, authorized by the CVM through Declaratory Act No. 13.297 / 2013. Partner responsible for Structured Credit, Marcelo has over 20 years of experience in the financial markets, most of which are dedicated to the structuring and distribution of fixed income operations, working in institutions such as Unibanco, Itaú BBA, Pine and Banco Fibra, where he led the Capital Markets & Syndicated Loans businesses.
Doctor on Applied Economics at University of Sao Paulo with over 10 years of experience on analytical roles at Bradesco, HSBC and Itaú. Mr. Kamogawa domain on analytics covers Basel, Stress Testing and Risk Models, Treasury and Financial Modelling and more recently Data Science and Machine Learning. Experienced financial and risk professor on several institutes including B3, ANBIMA and Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
